Getting Started
Hey there! Welcome to Rumo. Here are our top tips to help you get started:
1. Sign Up
To begin, you'll need to sign up for an account. Click here to create your account.
2. Download the Extension
Next, download our extension from the Chrome Web Store. This extension will help you sync your contacts from LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and more.
3. Import Your Contacts
Once the extension is installed, import your contacts. Currently, you can import from LinkedIn or WhatsApp. We plan on adding more sources soon.
4. Organize Your Contacts
After importing, you can organize your contacts:
- Active Contacts: These are the contacts you want to keep up with regularly.
- Archived Contacts: These are non-priority or unrelated contacts. You won't receive updates for these.
5. Merge Duplicate Contacts
Our system attempts to automatically merge duplicate contacts. If needed, you can manually merge contacts by selecting them and clicking on 'Merge Contacts'. To select a contact, click on their photo avatar.
6. Set Interaction Cadence
For your active contacts, you can define a cadence of interaction and track your last interaction. While we automatically collect this data from the sync, you can also manually update it.
7. Receive Reminders and Updates
Stay on top of your interactions with reminders and updates via your feed. Customize which types of notifications you want to see or receive in your settings.
